Your photo or PDF is read by software on Haqiqi's own server and deleted as soon as it has been read. We never keep letters or screenshots.
Before anything goes to the AI, code removes names, passport and Emirates ID numbers, phone numbers, emails, addresses and dates of birth. The AI never sees your photo.
What we read from your letter is kept only in your own browser, encrypted, for 6 hours, so the next screens work. “Forget this check” removes it.
Our public audit record lists only which rules fired and the verdict — never names, numbers or letter text. Our logs say only that a field was present.
We never send anything to anyone, never contact the company, and never log in to any site for you.
